Our History

A Story of our roots

From the beginning, innovative products were critical. But the company’s founders also built a legendary commitment to customer service, still delivered 24/7, whenever, wherever.

2007 - The Concept was Born

During a simple dinner conversation, a large contractor detailed his frustrations with the many different software programs he was using which needed to be manually entered into his existing accounting system. As the conversation went on he detailed how he had to convert employee records, logged daily time records, and correctly matched them to jobs and their union work classes and then had to correctly enter that information into the existing payroll product which was both time consuming and extremely labor intensive.


2008 - Version 1 went live with a Application Program Interface (API) for Computer Ease

An API was developed so that the foreman could enter the days, times and approve them from an Internet based application. All Job, Union, Employee, and Payroll Data was consistently synced between the two systems. Management would review the data in the morning and approve the transactions for payroll.

On the Monday of payroll week, the approved times from the prior week would be sent to a ZeoSuite server that updated the Labor Distribution File for Computer Ease. Payroll would be ready on Monday or Tuesday versus the last minute push to meet the ACH deadline on Thursday evening. Management has estimated that 40-60 hours of employee time was being saved with this API.


2013 - Cloud-based Scheduling Design began

The API was extremely successful eliminating many issues. With the advancement of cloud technology, the concept of a drag and drop scheduling application integrated with SMS and emails was the next step. The software allowed a scheduler to setup a schedule for the upcoming day, week, or month, and assigning managers and employees.


2014 - Design of a complete cloud-based accounting system began

With the technology available, an accounting system was developed for the cloud which provided a more effective and advantageous way of doing business rather than trying to upgrade old and ineffective applications.


2016 Scheduling Went Live

ZeoSuite Scheduling immediately became a success. The schedulers could now schedule job tasks for the week and send SMS messages to each employee the day before with pins and job details to their smart phones. Managers now had a dashboard that would show tasks for the week and all resources assigned. In the event of inclement weather or delays in material shipments, the entire job could be moved to another day with instant notifications to all personnel. In case there was a conflict with staffing or equipment, an alert would immediately be sent out so the issue could be resolved.

At any point of the day, managers could approve the schedule which automatically generates payroll records.


2017 - Accounting Went Live

ZeoSuite Accounting Versions went live and became a complete replacement for other Accounting Systems. With its cloud based technology, ZeoSuite can be tailored to any industry regardless of size providing an easy to use system that can cover all business needs.


2018 - Time and Attendance Went Live

Time and Attendance went live. ZeoSuite Time and attendance software gives employees the ability to clock in and out from a computer, mobile app, or tablet time clock for intuitive, accurate time sheets. Manage and approve time, then sync employee hours and PTO.


2020 - Contract Management Went Live

Contract Management went live. ZeoSuite Contract management make it easier for your legal and business teams to create, negotiate, sign, renew and report on business contracts.


2023 - Billing Automation Went Live

Our billing automation provides you the flexibility to test different pricing and revenue streams and then make adjustments according to the ease of running the business


2024 - SaaS Analytics Went Live

ZeoSuite SaaS Analytics is used to analyze customers' behavior throughout their journey to reduce churn, increase customer engagement, and ultimately grow your recurring revenue.
